99 The Heritage Hotel

We looked forward to breakfast every day, and it was worth every penny to stay here. The room and bathroom were outstanding, especially the beds, pillows, and towels, all clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, and the service and facilities were top-notch. They even helped us late at night with a small issue. From arrival through checkout, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Ten out of ten, highly recommend.

We stayed here for our honeymoon, and the care and service went beyond what we expected. The property was immaculately clean, the room was beautiful, and the amenities were great. The front desk was very helpful, whether we wanted to spend time at the hotel or head out around Chiang Mai. Breakfast was good, especially the made-to-order eggs, and the juices and cocktails were amazing. It’s also a perfect location for a first visit to Chiang Mai.

We spent three lovely nights at this beautiful boutique hotel. Our room had a balcony right in front of Wat Phra Sing temple, and we could hear the monks beginning their daily prayers in the early morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bed were comfortable, and breakfast was generous and delicious.

From the moment we arrived, 99 Heritage was a pleasant surprise. It’s a beautiful hotel, and the staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional every morning. The rooms are a little small, but they’re clean and updated. Even on Chiang Mai’s busy streets, the hotel stays very quiet overnight, so we slept well. I’m not sure why it isn’t rated four or five stars. We’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Chiang Mai.
