It's just inside the old city walls, so vehicles can reach it easily, and the main town and night markets are about a five-minute walk away. The hotel is clean, well managed, good value and ideally located. It was brand new, with construction finished in August 2018, and the rooms were immaculate, with good air conditioning and everything I needed. When I arrived, the staff were having a party in reception and invited guests to join them for a free drink and hog roast. A lovely touch. Breakfast was adequate, and the staff were helpful and informative about getting around. I'd definitely return.

A nice boutique hotel in Chiangmai old town. The rooms have been renovated and feel brand new, making for a memorable stay. The staff are polite and very helpful. Worth trying.

The rooms are a good size, the beds comfortable, and everything was very clean. Bathrooms are excellent, with both a bathtub and shower. It's a new space, but it felt more like a transit stop than a place with any atmosphere, and the breakfast was barely passable. That kept me from giving it five stars.

The rooms are well furnished, and the bathrooms are excellent, especially the tub for a soak. There's a balcony for drying clothes, plus a fridge, AC, Wi-Fi and free water. The staff speak English and are very nice and helpful. My only small complaints are that the pillows are a bit hard and there's no lockbox in the room. It's right in the middle of the north wall, a handy starting point for the centre of old Town and just minutes from the Chang phuak gate food night market. Red buses and tuk tuks are on the main road outside, and there's a 7/11 red bus gathering spot for tiger kingdom/ doi suthep.

The rooms are pleasant, nicely decorated, and the hotel feels new and peaceful. The staff are friendly too. I’d only add a small shared lounge in the lobby or garden.
