The rooms come in different styles and are well kept, which helped me feel at ease during my stay. The staff were especially polite and humble. They also serve seasonal afternoon tea. When I visited, it was fresh coconut water, which made me feel really good. Highly recommend!

There are 28 rooms, some with their own themes, and breakfast is cooked with 7 choices, plus fruit and juice. The room also came with daily water, snacks, slippers and toiletries. The garden setting was lovely, and the pool was medium sized. Laundry was free to use, with two washing machines, a dryer and laundry powder provided. Staff were very polite and seemed well trained. Reception spoke English and Mandarin. Showers had rain shower heads with strong water pressure.

The peaceful surroundings made it easy to get away from the bustle, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast had lots of varied, high quality options and was delicious. A really relaxing place to stay, I was very impressed.

The creative room design and friendly reception staff made a good first impression, but the stay became disappointing. The floor felt sticky and unclean. Shower pressure kept changing, sometimes too weak, and the water swung from extremely hot to cold. Breakfast was another problem. Staff there were unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was coffee but no tea. The hot water dispenser was very slow and awkward to use, which made mornings more frustrating. The hotel has potential, but these problems made my stay uncomfortable.
