The noise was a real issue for us. A very busy motorway made the pool area loud, and rooms facing the main road were especially affected. Hot water in the room was hit or miss. The hotel is over 10 years old and somewhat dated. The restaurant is average, and the gym is inadequate, with few machines and no AC. The location isn't great either, with little around, so you'll need taxis. It's an okay option if you must stay somewhere, but be aware of its drawbacks.

We paid around 800 baht through a travel website, and the front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. Our room was large, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast service was decent and friendly. You can find better breakfast elsewhere, but it was alright for me.

The staff were welcoming, the accommodation was nice and clean, and breakfast and the restaurant were great. It's a good base, with a five-minute taxi ride to anywhere in Chiang Mai. Thanks for a great stay on my first visit to Chiang Mai. See you next year.

The location is out of the way. The receptionist didn't smile, and there was no bellboy to take our luggage, so we had to leave it outside the hotel entrance. The breakfast food was cold. There was no premixed coffee or milk, so you had to make it yourself.

The thin walls made it hard to rest. I could hear housekeeping packing bags, the next room's TV, and even sounds from the neighboring bathroom. The hotel also felt far from everything, with nowhere convenient to walk for food. Our room wasn't ready at the 2:00 PM check-in, so I waited another 20 minutes. The front desk staff looked annoyed and wouldn't say how long it would take. Friends arriving after 3:00 PM also had to wait. Once I got in, I found a huge cockroach, the biggest I've ever seen. There were no facial tissues either.
