The location is a little far from the city's activities, though that wasn't an issue for me since I had a motorbike. There was plenty of motorcycle parking, and I could hardly hear the trains from inside the room. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed, clean toilets, and fresh sheets. Prices are much cheaper than hotels inside the old city walls. I'd certainly consider staying here again.

I arrived around 4:30 in the morning after a 13-hour train ride, hoping to get a bed for a few hours. The front desk guy was asleep on the couch with the lights off. I couldn't pay by cash or card when I arrived, so I booked online, and then we realized the booking was for check-in later that day. I asked if I could check in then and leave at 12, but he said he couldn't do anything. He then wanted 500 baht for early check-in around 5am. I said no, since that was more than half the price for less than 24 hours. When I asked to have the lights turned off again, he refused and put music on. Astonishing.

The air conditioner leaked water onto our clothes while we were asleep, and my boyfriend woke me up when he found it. I told the accommodation, and a technician came to repair it. Then the air conditioner fell down, startling the housekeeper, who came over to look. She spoke to the technician in the local language, asking, “Why didn’t you inform the people downstairs?” and then saying, “They don’t go anywhere anyway, do they?” I understand the local language, though she didn't know that. I reported what happened to the manager, but the housekeeper never apologized.

Their staff made a big difference. They were helpful, polite, and professional, and were happy to do several things for me that were outside the service. I wanted to surprise my friend, who was staying at this hotel for the first time, and the staff made it a wonderful, memorable experience. The location is prime, close by and easy to reach from everywhere. It's rare these days to find staff with such a service-minded attitude. Recommended for a good experience at a good price. Thank you very much, and I'll book with you again!

It's convenient for solo or couple travelers getting around by train, car, or bus. The hotel is quite old, but it has been updated with new furniture and doors. The air conditioning is well maintained and doesn't make a loud noise. I slept peacefully and felt ready for my trip to another town. Thank you to all the kind, helpful staff.
