We found Thana guesthouse while looking for somewhere to rest and recover after a road accident, and it was a lucky find. The location is lovely and quiet, the beds are big and comfortable, and the staff are super friendly. There was a kettle, fridge, TV and hot shower, and everything worked and was clean. It’s an older hotel showing its age a bit, but the older gentleman at the day desk was very, very nice. A good, clean and friendly place to stay.

The rooms are quite big and have AC, a bathroom, TV, refrigerator and closet. It’s in a convenient location and the price is cheap. Best suited to someone who only needs a place to spend the night.

For under 500 Baht a night, I was really impressed with the room. It had a refrigerator, flat screen TV and good air conditioning, and there are five breakfast sets included. The staff were very friendly, and let me check in early after I arrived on an overnight train. Check-in was quick, too. A couple of minor things: there are no electrical outlets near the bed, and the water pressure is a bit low. Neither would stop me staying here again. Great location, about 10 minutes from the night Bazaar.

For 17 Euro a night in the budget room, with a good European style breakfast served until 11am, I thought it was all great value. The room was old but clean, and although AC wasn't listed when I booked, there was one in the room. The staff were friendly, you could get a beer at the lobby until after midnight, and guests could use the hotel's small pool. Works for a short stay or longer if you don't need luxury.
