A quiet place to sleep, and not far from the airport in Chiang Mai. It wasn't in a lively area, but local shops and transport were within reach. The room was clean enough, though it felt a little old and could use updating. The bed was okay for a night or two, not especially comfortable. Nothing really wrong, but nothing special either. It's decent if all you need is somewhere to sleep, as long as you don't expect anything fancy. You get what you pay for.

The WiFi was slow and patchy, which was my only complaint. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was very good for this part of town, about 1,000 baht. Big C and Macro were easy to get to, and the airport wasn't too far away. The hotel was clean, with large, well-furnished rooms, water heaters and bathtubs. Breakfast was a good buffet. When there weren't enough guests, they made individual breakfasts, so you wouldn't go hungry. There was also a lunch buffet for 99 baht, well worth it.

The room was nice and the mattress was good, but it was still a bit noisy. There are double-glazed windows because the hotel is near the airport and a busy road. It's a long way from the town center.

The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning could be adjusted to suit. You can get around nearby places on foot and easily retreat back to the hotel, or bring your own entertainment to stream or plug into the room's Smart television. Wi-Fi is available, but how reliable it is seems to depend on the room you book. It's a new hotel in Chiang Mai, with rooms styled like early 90's American homes. Over the months, ants have started spreading through the place. There are still plenty of reasons to stay, but keep an eye on the flaws and don't get too comfortable overlooking them.

The planes landing at the airport are audible, but otherwise this is a great little hotel. The decor is lovely and cute, the furniture is new, and the room was nice and very clean, with a hot shower.
