I stayed for a month and found it a convenient base for a longer visit. The old town square is nearby, and although this side is quieter, everything is walkable or just a few minutes away by bike or moped. The little garden is nice, and the laundry service was good. The staff were great when I had a water breaker problem in my room. I told the host, he arranged for someone to look at it, and it was sorted quickly. WiFi was a bit unreliable in the rooms. I worked remotely from the relaxed lobby for three weeks, and it was mostly fine for Zoom and everyday tasks.

For the low price, I thought it was worth it, and the location worked well with a 7/11 and laundromat nearby. I stayed three nights in a ground-floor room. It was standard but roomy, with a big bed and a shower that had working hot water. The only small hassle was the door: I had to use a key and push harder to get it open.

We had a really enjoyable stay. The hotel was very nice, and everything looked clean and tidy. The shower never got hot, though in this weather that wasn't a problem for us.

The location is genuinely good, but I don't understand the high rating. The room was just okay and needed a deep clean. The hotel also needs renovation throughout.

For the price, I really liked this hotel, and the room had enough space and a nice warm shower. The beds were too hard for me personally, though, so I didn't sleep well.
