The views were unforgettable, with stunning ocean scenery to wake up to every day, and the food was exceptional with plenty of delicious options. What stood out most was how warmly the staff treated us. Everyone made us feel welcome and valued from the moment we arrived, and they greeted us whenever we crossed paths. Their attentive, friendly care made the stay feel personal and special. We had an amazing time at Cape Sienna and couldn't have asked for a better holiday. Thanks to everyone there. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Thailand, and we'll definitely return.

The staff made us feel valued throughout our stay at Cape Sienna. Everyone was warm, professional, and attentive, and Khun Yut at the Front Desk deserves special thanks. He went out of his way to arrange a breakfast table for us and kept checking that we were comfortable, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless and well maintained, with a breathtaking sea view that made it relaxing and special. The care we received made the stay memorable. We expect to return and highly recommend this hotel in Phuket for its views, service, and relaxing atmosphere.

The peaceful setting was a big part of what I liked about Cape Sienna, Phuket. It’s away from the crowds but still close enough to Patong. The rooms felt airy and comfortable, with plenty of space, natural light, and good cleanliness. Staff were attentive and professional without hovering, and breakfast was good. The ocean views, especially at sunset, are beautiful. A calm, private-feeling stay.

We booked Cape Sienna Hotel in two-day blocks, which meant we could leave before the end of our trip. I arrived on 30/01 and was due to stay until 07/02, but after what happened, staying longer would have been impossible. On 04/02, my girlfriend and I had lunch by the pool. She found glass in her pasta, and after my pizza I became dizzy and nauseous about 20 minutes later. Within an hour I was vomiting, and it went on through the day and night and into the next day. I couldn’t keep down water, fruit, or food. The hotel said it would take the meal off the bill, but expected us to pay for the drinks. That wasn’t really the point. I was upset by the lack of care and responsibility. We were meant to check out the next day, but I was too weak to pack, so we asked for a late check-out. We tried to talk calmly with reception and were met with aggression instead of help. Manager Tony was especially unprofessional. We asked them to call a doctor. One was called, then later cancelled. As Europeans in an Asian country, we were relying on the hotel for guidance in a medical situation and got none. Tony kept pointing at his watch while I was pale and visibly unwell. When we returned to the room to pack, I was physically pulled by my arm toward reception to sign the bill for the two drinks. Our room payments had gone through Booking.com, and everything we’d consumed before this incident had already been paid the day before. We’re not people who look for conflict, and my previous reviews have all been positive, written to support businesses. We called the police because we couldn’t see another option after the aggression and lack of assistance. Tony then escorted us back to our room and stood outside for 30 minutes while we packed. He said he’d been a manager for 10 years, which is hard to understand given his behavior. For nearly €300 per night, excluding food and drinks, this was unacceptable. A five-star hotel should offer professional help and a sense of safety, especially when a guest is sick. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel. Losing two days of a vacation to unsafe food and such poor management is awful.
