B2 Airport Boutique & Budget Hotel

The staff were kind and, even though they spoke almost no English, they did their best to bridge the gap with Google Translate. The rooms were clean, but this hotel is nowhere near a 3-star or boutique place. Our so-called deluxe room looked extremely run-down, and the interior felt badly outdated. At least one of those deluxe rooms is on the ground floor. The shower had no curtain, and there were no hangers for the towels. The lighting was poor, and the furniture looked like it came from some strange industrial-kubist era I couldn’t identify. We stayed five nights and had to ask reception to clean the room after the third, when we were running short of toilet paper and clean towels. Don’t expect miracles. It’s cheap in every possible way.

The room was good and the price was fair. It’s a handy place to stay if you’re flying out the next day.

The room itself was OK, but the toilet barely flushed. I thought there was no air conditioning after calling the front desk and asking how to switch it on. The staff member said, “no have.” I later found the remote and got the AC working, though the wall panel did nothing. She just hadn’t understood what I meant.

For just 500THB a night, this place is comfortable and a good option on a budget. My room was clean and modern, though some of the furniture was a little damaged and the shower felt dated. It worked really well for a one-night stay in Chiang Mai.
