The bathroom and balcony were filthy, and the room was below basic. Staff did little to address my concerns. Road noise, security staff outside, and flights overhead made the stay even worse. Don't trust the other reviews; there are much better options for a similar price.

It's dirty and uncomfortable, and you can hear people in the other rooms. I don't understand why it has good reviews.

I couldn't sleep during the few days I was there. The walls are paper thin, so nearly everything carries through, especially banging and construction at 4 AM. On my first night, the staff couldn't explain how to connect to the unintuitive Wi-Fi. My key card deactivated several times, even though they charge a 500 baht deposit to protect the cards they hand out. There aren't convenient places within walking distance. Grab food and Grab rides were the only useful options, and they have nothing to do with the hotel's location. Staff only handled the basics and weren't attentive. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Go anywhere else. It's very dirty, has a prison-like feel, and there are no lamps. The mattress looks and feels as if an elephant had used it before.
