I stayed here for 3 nights before a 4 day mountain trip and left a bag behind. I told them I'd come back, and they held a room for me without asking for any money. The owners are friendly and wholesome, and the place feels like a home away from home. The rooms are extremely spacious and clean, and the pool is well kept. There's a nice terrace outside too. The location is great, with 7/11 and Mini Big C a 3 min walk away, plus coffee, tea, street food, and restaurants nearby at local prices. This is the best place I've stayed in Chiang Mai, and the only place I'll stay when I return. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Room 2, which had a large kitchen and fridge, and found the rooms spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The shower was powerful and the bed comfortably medium-firm. Parking was easy, and the check-in staff were friendly. There's a pool on site that looked lovely at night, though we didn't use it. The apartment smelled a little musty at first, but airing it out helped a lot. You can hear sounds through the walls, and it's not centrally located. That didn't bother us since we had a rental car.

Our stay was very poor. We had told them what time we'd arrive, but nobody was there to welcome us or check us in. Eventually they messaged us with the room details and said to let ourselves in. There were cobwebs and dead insects on the walls and ceiling. The water stopped on day 2 of our 3 night stay. They said it was fixed, but it didn't last through even one shower. I asked again, but nobody came, so we couldn't shower on our last night or flush the toilet. The room wasn't cleaned at all, the bins weren't emptied, and there was only one half-used roll of toilet paper. The location is great, but they need to improve the cleaning and care for guests.

The pool and outdoor area were so pretty, and it was a lovely place to relax. Since it's a relatively small place, it never felt too busy, which suited us perfectly. The staff were kind and accommodating, and Sai Lon is a legend 🙌🏼 We were backpacking around Thailand and found this amazing, cheap place in Chiang Mai. It's a little outside the main city, with plenty of coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. The canal behind it is a lovely place to stroll and explore. Our room was clean and big, with a little kitchen area, fridge, microwave, and kettle. We had the best stay here!

A great view and a small kitchen, plus a really comfortable bed and hot shower. It was a very quiet, comfortable place to stay.
