The room is really big, around 44-60sqm, and the price is reasonable. It’s easy to get around and stay in the Nimman area on foot. Cleanliness was fair, not bad but not perfect. I’d recommend it to low-budget travelers.

The location is great, though planes passing overhead make noise. You can get used to that. What was harder was the other guests making enough noise to wake us in the middle of the night.

We booked a night to experience Nimman Soi 6 Walking Street. There are spas, restaurants, wine and coffee shops close by, all easy to reach on foot, and breakfast was included as a bonus. Parking was difficult with a vehicle, but the courteous staff moved their mopeds to make us a spot. I’d booked a King suite, but got a suite with two twin beds, perhaps because of a mistake on Expedia’s part. In my opinion the plane noise wasn’t as bad as some other reviews said, though being near an airport comes with that. We didn’t hear noise from other guests.

I was in town for a nearby conference and booked directly with them. The room was good value for the price, and the staff were helpful. Getting there from the airport was easy, with buses running during the day. A short walk north along Nimman Road brings you to affordable food stalls and a 7-Eleven. Breakfast was mediocre, and our window looked straight at other buildings, so there wasn’t a view. Still, it was better than I expected and seems worth considering as a budget stay.
