At 1:30 am we gave up and left to find somewhere else to sleep. We’d found around 10 bed bugs under the pillows after we started getting itchy, and nobody answered the bell despite the claim of 24-hour staff. The next day we asked for our money back since we hadn’t used the service and had paid for another hostel after a terrible night. The owner, Danny, yelled at us on the phone and said he didn’t care and wouldn’t refund us, even after we mentioned having photos and videos. The place was dirty, and the customer service was awful. I really wouldn’t stay here. I can’t see how the Booking reviews could honestly give it 8 or more points.

At 120b, it’s okay for the price, though the hostel feels a bit strange and disorganized. The room with good air conditioning is on the fifth floor, and there’s no elevator. Staff communication is really difficult because they don’t know English. Breakfast is included, but it’s just bread and butter.

The storage boxes are too small for a backpack, there’s no soap in the shower, and the key system is stupid. Worst of all, the dorm beds have bed bugs that start biting around 2:00am. Guests have been writing about this for months and it still hasn’t been fixed. I won’t come back.

There are lots of stairs, haha, but everything else was really good. It’s a beautiful hostel with such nice people, and the restaurant attached to it cooks very well. Finding the place can be tricky because the map GPS is wrong, though it’s on the main road near everything.

I was out of there within five minutes of checking in. Like other people have said, it’s infested with bed bugs. I talked to a girl who’d stayed one night and already had over 100 bites. That was enough for me to leave right away.
