They let me check in early, and the room had everything I needed. Coffee and water were provided, the WiFi was fast and dependable, and it was easy to step outside. For my first visit to chiang mai, I found the stay welcoming and the nightly price very reasonable. It’s a small place with only five rooms, and it doesn’t feel much like a hotel. There are a couple of downsides: reception isn’t open around the clock, and the location isn’t especially central for transit or major attractions.

The room was spotless and very good value, and the front desk service was exceptional. They made me feel cared for as a person, not just because I was a paying guest. My only concern was that the room was next to the street, which might be inconvenient for a light sleeper.

My friend and I stayed from 11 Dec to 14 Dec and had a lovely time in Chiang Mai. The room was clean and the service was good, so I’d book here again if I return. Just keep in mind that it’s around 4.5 km from the Chiang Mai center.

I’d planned just one night, then liked the place enough to stay for two. It was great value, with a quality bed and fittings. The big, good-quality towels were a nice change, too. I’ll stay again when I’m back in Chiang Mai.

I liked this little five-room boutique hotel, especially the first-floor rooms with balconies. Everything was very clean, with no complaints from me. The housekeeping woman works really hard, and the receptionist speaks good English.
