I chose the hotel because the swimming pool caught my eye, but the service and staff's professionalism exceeded what I expected. It's in a great spot, near the bus station, about 5 km from the waterfall, and surrounded by local food places and cafés. I'd highly recommend it if you want somewhere clean with excellent service.

We were very comfortable here. The modern, stylish design made the hotel feel cozy and relaxing, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and ready to help. Having unlimited drinks available around the clock was a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

The room was a reasonable size, with amenities that felt a bit economical. There's a convenient lounge beside the lobby, apparently used as a restaurant, that guests can use for free. The place does feel somewhat dated, though. I can't tell if it was only my room, but the bathroom had a strong ammonia smell.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport and also near the night markets. The staff are very helpful, and someone is always at the front desk. It rains a lot in Thailand, so they usually have umbrellas to borrow if you're caught unprepared. Our room was cleaned regularly even when we didn't ask for service. Highly recommend.

The pool was great and clean, and the room was lovely and very clean too. They gave us a mattress topper, which made a huge difference. Staff were friendly and the location was great. It was odd that there were no chairs on the balcony, but we just carried one outside from the room.
