A good small hotel with parking and large family rooms available. There’s air conditioning, a big TV, Wi-Fi, and a hot shower. It’s near the market, with a fuel station and small Tesco very close by. If two or three families are travelling together, you can book all the rooms.

The owner is kind, and the house is very peaceful. Its rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated.

We rented the entire house, which has five rooms: two downstairs with single beds, and three upstairs with two 6-foot beds each. Those upstairs rooms are very large. There’s also a spacious living area that works well for families or groups. It’s close to the city and has parking for two cars, though the entrance gate is a little narrow. I liked the place 😊

I was disappointed with the stay. The room was old and had a musty smell, including a mothball odor. We had to ask for towels because none were provided. The air conditioner didn’t cool properly, and its remote was missing, so we had to sort it out ourselves. The housekeepers seemed inattentive and didn’t offer much service. I couldn’t post a review, so I gave it one star.

It’s a comfortable, clean house with a pleasant atmosphere, and the housekeeper is kind and provides excellent service. The location in the heart of Chiang Mai makes getting around convenient, with tourist attractions nearby. I had a very good stay and would choose it again on another trip to Chiang Mai.
