C Hotel Boutique and Comfort

Really good stay. The rooms were good, and service was prompt. The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and informative, especially Fern.

We had a spacious, nice room with a little balcony that was pleasant to hang out on. The hotel sits right beside the old town wall, so many sights are an easy walk away. Check-in was easy, though reception didn't seem to be open 24/7. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. It's not many stairs, but the place isn't wheelchair friendly. Still, it's a nice hotel and I'd stay again.

The receptionist and owner were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. At check-in, they offered us another room because they noticed my girlfriend might have better bathroom lighting for her makeup, and they suggested places for us to visit. Later, I left some personal items in the room. A few days into our trip, the owner sent them to our next hotel at no extra charge. Our room was very quiet and clean, with flawless daily service. The air conditioning worked really well, and water and coffee were provided. We loved the stay and would definitely come back. Thank you!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is prime. We stayed four nights, and the experience was decent overall. Our second-floor room was clean but had no soundproofing at all. We could hear people talking, shutting their doors, and locking them, which made it hard to sleep. The bed was on the firm side, and the shower temperature swung from extremely hot to ice cold within seconds.
