Cherlock Hotel

The hotel is beautifully designed, but there are several things that need work. Water from the bathtub splashed into the dry area, which was unbearable, and noise from the guest next door talking around midnight was just as bad. The included breakfast felt quite pathetic compared with the current standard for hotel breakfasts. In my case, the receptionist, a girl with glasses, was polite and friendly, but very unprofessional in every aspect of hospitality.

We still had a fantastic stay, and the small hassles didn't outweigh the good parts. The staff were especially kind and helpful, whether bringing ice, microwaving food, or getting us extra towels. The hotel is close to nightlife, including Liquid Room, a trance and techno club, which is great if that's your scene. Our room was spacious, though my friend and I weren't there much while attending a friend's wedding. A few things could be better: there weren't many electrical outlets, so a power strip came in handy. The mini fridge wasn't cold enough, which made me uneasy about keeping snacks overnight. With no handheld shower head, the water went one way and flooded the bathroom floor. Also, the toilet is very close to the tub, which could be tricky for people with mobility concerns. This newer hotel was an unexpected surprise. It has the potential to be a five-star gem, but I'd give it four stars because of those issues. I'd recommend it for a visit to the area, especially for the service and location.

The staff were so sweet, and the location is amazing. Though the hotel itself is small, my room was really spacious. I loved the stylish, cozy decor. This cute hidden gem will probably be my regular place whenever I'm back in CM.

The room felt large and cozy, but there was no view or privacy, and the bathroom isn't suitable for elderly people. The location is good, right in the center of Nimman. Service was good but not professional. Breakfast wasn't worth it, more like a snack than breakfast. And there was a very big, scary spider in my room.
