Stay away. I spent three days here and found the place disgusting. There was no maintenance or reception, and it didn’t feel like a hotel at all. Everything was the dirtiest I’ve ever seen, and there was no security. The online pictures don’t reflect the place. It’s a complete scam. Just stay away.

Cozy by FunWahn is close to everything I needed, especially good local food, and the location is convenient for getting around. It’s near the action but still quiet and comfortable when it’s time to rest. The online photos are out of date, so the room may look a little different in person. It’d be helpful to update them. Even so, it’s good value for the price.

The room was basic but functional, with a bed and private bathroom, and the price is affordable. Still, the place feels neglected and somewhat dirty, and the photos online make it look much nicer than it is. When I arrived there was no staff, reception, or check-in help. It felt more like an abandoned homestay than an active guesthouse. It has potential, but right now it feels a bit sad and needs care, cleaning, and a human touch. I’d suggest looking at other options. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I think future travelers should know what to expect.

It’s near the center, so getting to Tha Phae gate or walking around Chiang Mai is easy. The room is small but clean, and the space inside is cute and tidy.
