The location is good for street food, and the owners seem nice. They even stayed open late so I could check in when I arrived. But this is a strange place and doesn't feel like a hotel. During my six nights, the room was never cleaned, rubbish built up, and I never saw anyone at the desk. The Wi-Fi in the room was poor, so I used my phone's 5G the whole time.

This was my second time staying here because I feel comfortable with how clean the room and bathroom are. The room was clean, security was good, and the owner was friendly and considerate. I had jetlag, and they let me check out 30 minutes later than usual. Thank you, I'll be back for a few more days.

The owner, Chim, was superbly friendly and helpful. He called to arrange the motorbike service and even made sure I liked the pink color he picked! It's a beautiful, clean, spacious place, and I'll definitely return. Just note there isn't daily housekeeping or a daily drinking water supply. Maybe it's more suitable for a longer stay.

We had a great time at Dewy hotel. The hosts were great, and the rooms were clean. From the more expensive room, you get beautiful sunrise views over the city. Chim gave us good advice and kept our big backpack while we went motorbiking in the hills around Chiang mai.

We didn't stay at Dewy House, but we did have a wonderful massage there. The massage rooms were very clean, the masseuses were professional, and the atmosphere was relaxing.
