Dusit Princess Chiang Mai

I loved sitting outside with a drink, meal, or snack and watching the world go by. There’s loads within walking distance, from massage places and spas to night markets, street food, bars, and art and craft shops. The hotel arranged tours that were well organized, and the service was always excellent. Everyone was so friendly, polite, gentle, and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice and different dishes each morning. Our room was large, the beds were super comfortable, and the atmosphere was lovely. I’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

The place had such a cozy, peaceful feel, and the decor was stylish. All the staff were super friendly, especially Ja-oh. She was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. I’d definitely come back! 🤩

Tom, our driver, was incredibly helpful and gave us amazing service. He was very accommodating about our wheelchair and made sure we were well looked after at every stop. The hotel’s tours were good and reasonably priced, too. The location is excellent, with lots of shops and the night bazaar nearby. One thing I’d skip on the tour is the monkey school. The animals are kept in terrible conditions, so I can’t recommend going there.

We like stopping here for coffee and looking out at the busy street. The no smoking policy makes it a good place for people with chest conditions like ours. But tonight was really disappointing: some of the no smoking signs had disappeared, and there was an ashtray on the table. When we pointed out the sign on the wall to a man trying to smoke, he got aggressive. Someone at the hotel had clearly made him think smoking there was allowed. It isn’t. Thailand’s smoking laws are actually quite strict.
