The spacious room, helpful reception staff and clean, well-equipped gym were the best parts for me. Check-in and requests were easy, and the gym is great if you want to stay active. The breakfast was a letdown: there wasn't much choice, it was often cold, and I ended up buying my own things for my bf because the options were so limited. The bed wasn't comfortable, so sleeping well was difficult. The hotel is right by a main road, and the noise can be disturbing, especially at night. For a long stay, those drawbacks take away from the good amenities. If a roomy space and a good gym are what you need, it could work, but expect some inconveniences.

The staff were kind, the price was cheap, breakfast was decent, and the shower had good pressure. The room also had the basics, including toothpaste, shampoo and a fridge. Breakfast wasn't special, but it had what I needed. The serious problem was the bed bugs. After two nights, I had 150-200+ bites all over my body, with itchy red marks. The sheets were new, but the bed itself seemed old. Maybe it was just my room, but the infestation was awful. The wifi was extremely weak, almost unusable, and there was nothing within walking distance. Edit: The bites are killing me. I have about 50+ on each hand and 30+ on each foot, and two days later they're even itchier. There are unbelievable itchy red dots all over me. What's disturbing is that I didn't even notice them at the time. It makes me shudder to imagine 50-100 bed bugs crawling over my skin all night. Holy moly.

The rooms are neat and tidy, but the wardrobe door and bathroom door lock are broken. It's on the outskirts of town.

The rooms are brand new and spacious, and being close to Chiang Mai Airport is convenient. You can easily get by taxi to Wat Phra Singh and the historic Tha Pae Gate, so it's a good base for seeing the city. The hotel has recently reopened, and I recommend it.

The staff were amazing, and the room was spotless, with a clean bathroom and beds. The aircon worked well, and breakfast was nice for a 3 Star. It's clean and nice overall, though there was a bit of noise from the balcony. About 15 minutes from the city Center, it's ideal for couples or people who just want to chill.
