James made this stay feel more like being with family than being hotel guests. He's so kind-hearted, welcoming, and always ready to help with whatever you need. We stayed for a month at HEUN@FAHHAM and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The place is bright, spacious, clean, and cared for with so much love. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and guests can use the shared kitchen and the co-working/living space. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the city center. We'd happily return to Chiang Mai and stay here again. Thanks, James, for such a lovely time!

James, the host, is TOP NOTCH. He knows the area and can help you find food and fun, and the people and space really make this a 10/10. The rooms are a good size, and the shared kitchen has free water, coffee, and tea. Even with other guests around, you barely see anyone if you don't usually use shared spaces, so no worries. It's a comfortable, affordable place just outside the main Chiang Mai square. I'd recommend it and will probably stay again when I come back through Chiang Mai.

I meant to stay a short time, but enjoyed the place so much that I extended my stay several times, nearly reaching three weeks. James and his staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the whole place was cleaned every day and kept in perfect condition. Great owner, staff, and accommodations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai, and I'll be back :)

A very pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location in Chiang Mai was close to everything while still quiet. James was genuinely helpful with the hotel and with lots of other needs too.

I was among the first guests at this B&B, and it's one of the cleanest places I've stayed. The staff are amazing, and the location works perfectly if you have a scooter or take a taxi. Highly recommend it.
