Hillside Condominium 2 by Stay In Style

We spent 6 days in apt. 811, managed by ARMO Nimman, and had a good stay. The building isn't new, but it's well maintained.

Planes come over every 10 mins, loud and at full throttle because the building sits directly under the end of the airport runway. They fly right overhead as they take off. If you're a light sleeper or loud noise bothers you, DO NOT STAY HERE.

I've been living in this building for 6 months and love it. The standout is the Nimman location by Soi 8, in a busy, lively neighborhood: there are dozens of restaurants and bars within a block and hundreds within 0.5km. The building itself is older, and has many rooms for short or long rentals. Some have been recently renovated and feel quite fancy, while others are older, depending on the price. That range helps explain why Google Maps reviews are mixed. There's also an unusual large 24-hour 7-eleven on the ground floor, split into two separate halves. I was walking past with my child and noticed the supermarket downstairs, so I thought the place would be convenient and went to ask at the office window. The man there had poor English and asked how many people would be staying. When I said my child would be with me, he immediately told me the room was full. That felt very self-righteous. He didn't even try to understand the situation, so I can't imagine the service here is good.
