Lilu Chiangmai

I spent almost two months here, and the value for money is hard to beat in Chiang Mai. The rooms were cleaned daily, there was no deposit, and both reception and housekeeping were fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel #gem See you soon, Stéphane.

We found this one of the best places we stayed in Thailand, and would definitely recommend it. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and even though the lobby and seating area are very small, they felt relaxing and inviting. It’s a small boutique-style hotel at a very reasonable price. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, with daily cleaning. Restaurants and night markets are easy to reach on foot, and the hotel is centrally located for pickup on almost all tours. The only odd thing was that no iron was provided. Maybe ironing facilities aren’t commonly offered to guests in Thailand, since we had the same experience at a resort.

The staff are lovely, and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It’s right in the middle of things, but still has a calm atmosphere. The beds are comfortable, the aircon works well, and the shower is hot and powerful. Anywhere else this place would cost a lot more. Loved staying here.
