The coffee was awesome, the mattress was soft, and the hotel felt fairly new, clean, and friendly. But the rooms, bathroom, and bed were all tiny, and it wasn't comfortable for two people. Breakfast tasted good, though you have to choose one menu dish the day before, and there's no buffet. The pool wasn't big enough to make me want to get my swimsuit wet. It's a quiet area near the party street, about a 15-20 minute walk to the old city. Traffic isn't heavy, but the windows and doors don't keep out the sound of tuk tuks passing early in the morning. It's a nice hotel, but I think you can find better. We paid $55 per room, the same as our hotel in Bangkok in Sukhumvit, which had a bigger room, a king size bed, and a large breakfast buffet until 12.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. This is a distinctive boutique hotel on a quiet street in a good location, with a small private parking lot next door. As advertised, both the room and bathroom are quite small, like my boat cabin on Halong Bay. The bed was comfortable.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful the whole time, and breakfast was good. The room was small for two and not very clean, while the corridors could use better cleaning and maintenance too. The bathroom sink was blocked, and the furniture looked worn and ready for an update.

Stay away. The pool was disgusting and always empty. The AC leaked, the sheets and walls were stained, and bugs got in because the room door opens to the outside. I asked for fresh sheets, but they were still dirty and awful.

The employees are super nice and helpful, and the room was basic but very clean with a comfortable bed. Still, as a light sleeper, I couldn't sleep because road noise came straight through the windows, which aren't soundproof. In the middle of the night they tried to help by moving me to a room facing the other way. That helped a bit, but I could still hear noise, so I left earlier than planned. It's a nice place if you want to save money and just need the basics.
