There’s a music restaurant and bar right across from the hotel, which I loved, and plenty of other restaurants nearby. The location is great. My room was clean and had a mini refrigerator, air conditioner, TV, hangers, two bottles of water, and towels. There’s no hair dryer. The shower room has a water heater, shampoo, and shower cream. At the front desk you can buy snacks, drinks, and lots of amenities, handy if you forgot something and don’t want to walk to 7-11.

I liked how clean and modern the room was. There wasn’t a single bug, even with the window open. The towels were very clean, and they left water bottles and toilet paper since I didn’t want daily room cleaning. The receptionists were helpful when I ran into problems. It’s near 7-eleven, Maya shopping centre/Nimman area, and the airport. The downside was noise: people talked loudly in the corridors and slammed the doors, which seem to close hard because of the locks. Traffic outside was loud too, so bring earplugs. There’s no hairdryer or security box.

The staff are really friendly, the rooms are fresh and clean, and the location is good. Parking is a big plus here, since it can be difficult to find in this area.

The staff gave excellent service and assistance. Nay helped me book an elephant tour that day, and was very helpful. The hotel was clean and conveniently located too. I’ll definitely stay here again when I next visit Chiang Mai.
