The woman working there was very kind, and I liked the balcony. The beds were comfy and the AC in room 4 was nice, but cleanliness was a problem. There was about a quarter inch of water on the shower room floor, and all the rugs were soaked. Faucets and toilet seats were coming loose, and the shared areas felt cluttered and muggy. We didn't see the breakfast mentioned in the listing. It only cost $10, so it wasn't bad.

We had a great stay in room 4, the twin room, at this very affordable guesthouse. It's central and close to Cafe 29, one of the best cafes in town. The shower had no hot water, though in Thailand's weather that may not matter much. The Wi-Fi also dropped now and then.

It's very inexpensive and there's a small kitchen, so it could work if you're trying to save money. Just be aware there aren't enough showers for all the rooms, and the breakfast they offer is pretty bad.

They had bananas, bottled water, protein shakes, and other little snacks, which was a nice touch. Everything else was good, but the shower carpet stays wet from other guests and never seems to dry. They should replace it more often, or leave it out.

It was okay, but felt overpriced for what we got. We stayed just one night, then found somewhere cheaper and a lot more comfortable.
