Mountscene at Cervidae

Good.

The room itself was really cute and pretty, especially if you like taking cool photos. I liked it a lot, and my sister did too. I’d suggest choosing a mountain-view room because it has a balcony. There’s a cafe downstairs, and hotel guests get 15% off. The service was the biggest letdown, just 3/10. We didn’t meet the housekeeper when we checked in or checked out, and the cafe staff had to handle things instead. No hot water was set up for coffee, so we refilled and boiled drinking water from our room ourselves. The coffee cups and spoons weren’t clean. Breakfast gets 4/10. I wasn’t impressed by the rice wrapped in paper, and what we were served didn’t taste good. Earlier reviews made breakfast look delicious and said there were lots of options. For the room I’d give 8/10, though, because there were no shelves and the table was too small. That’s my first room review.

The room layout was nice, but the bathroom was outside, and the location felt far from the city center. There’s no elevator, some plants were dry and wilted, and our room wasn’t cleaned during the three nights we stayed. We were given drinking water just once.

The interior and atmosphere are so good that they make up for the street noise, public restroom, and inconvenient location.
