The cleaner was such a sweetheart, and I liked the cute Victorian look and the jazz bar by the entrance. Breakfast was just okay, with not many choices. The first impression was less nice: the reception staff and door boys weren’t much help. Nobody offered to handle my luggage, and they were standing around on their phones.

The beds were so hard they felt like wooden boards, and the room was nowhere near clean. There were stains on the blanket, rubbish left by previous guests in the fridge, and black mold in the bathroom. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable. We checked out because of these conditions, but were still charged 30% of the total, despite the hotel not delivering what it had promised. That feels outright dishonest. This place was a complete disappointment from arrival. Avoid it and book elsewhere, it's not worth the money or frustration.

I was really pleased with the service at first, but then they charged me 2000bt for smoking weed in the room, which I clearly hadn't done. I felt very offended.

The room was roomy and had a big bed, but it was uncomfortable enough that I barely slept. The location was great for getting around nearby, and the price was affordable, but I wouldn't come back. The hotel looked half empty, yet they wouldn't let me check in 45 minutes early and made me wait until exactly 2 PM. They also tried to charge me for a basic black coffee sachet, which made no sense with so many good cafés around. Service from the staff could be better too, the stay felt impersonal.
