The pool was one of the best parts: spacious, clean, and suited to a morning swim or an afternoon rest. D Vieng feels private and peaceful while still being close to the city. The setting is calm and green, with well-kept surroundings that make it easy to relax and feel at home. Common areas are clean and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and friendly. It's a comfortable place to live, with a pleasant environment and good everyday facilities.

This place used to be good, but it no longer feels peaceful or quiet. The condo has become a tourist hub and really isn't suitable for long-term living. Common areas are constantly overcrowded and in poor condition because people treat them like a public hotel. Sometimes the hallways get soaked when people walk straight from the pool to their rooms. Budget digital nomads constantly use the lobby to charge laptops and hold meetings. Cigarette and cannabis smells also keep drifting into the hallways from other units or groups hanging around outside. The windows are low quality and offer no soundproofing. If your room faces the road, traffic noise will bother you all day and night. There's a 24-hour car wash across the street, and the high-pressure water and air blowers carry straight into the room in the early hours or even after midnight. Teenagers rev their engines after washing their cars, and nearby bars and people drinking outside local shops add to the constant noise and shouting. Reporting these problems to management only brings temporary fixes. When a new group of tourists arrives, it all starts again. Management is inconsistent: sometimes they act, and other times they ignore the situation and leave you to deal with it yourself.

The pool is unbearably loud every day, with Korean children letting out piercing screams. It’s become a major source of stress for me, and I’m completely fed up.

The management company has let this recurring noise go unaddressed. Guests shout from early morning until late at night, and there’s little regard for the other residents. Children make a lot of noise in the pool while their parents do nothing to stop them, and sometimes adults join in and shout too. There are many Korean guests at the property.

I was drawn here by the quiet, peaceful atmosphere, but now it feels overrun with tourists and isn’t a comfortable place to live. Short-term Airbnb rentals are supposedly prohibited, yet they happen regularly. The management company does nothing, and large numbers of tourists stay here each day, making the property extremely noisy. The pool is especially disruptive. Many Korean families stay here and tend to speak loudly, with noise from early morning until late at night disturbing residents’ sleep. Residents can barely use the pool. Some Korean guests also push into elevators that are about to close, even though there are two elevators. They rely on other residents to let them through the entrance instead of going through the security check themselves. Often they don’t even say thank you, and their manners and attitude are very poor. Despite all of this, management still takes no action.
