The rooms are pretty standard for the price, if a little old, and the place feels empty even when full. It's good value, but quite far from downtown, so I'd avoid it unless you're aiming to stay near the university or hills. Downtown costs 20-30% more. For breakfast, head to nearby nana bakery.

The rooms are a good size and it's good value. There's not much around, though it's quiet if that's what you're after. A laundry shop is nearby, and there's good food right outside the hotel.

The rooms are nice, though a little pricey for what they are, and monthly rentals are allowed. Staff were friendly and helpful, but didn't speak much English. The room wasn't clean at all, and we found lots of ants, along with some spiders and a cockroach.

There are better and cheaper places in the neighborhood, so it wasn't a bad stay, but there are stronger options. The breakfast was pretty good, though, with a hot meal and a good variety of food.

We stayed for a month and told them we'd leave one day early. Without telling us, they double-booked the room for the day we said we'd be leaving. When that day came, they rushed us out to make room for the other booking. We should have had the full day and checked out the next day. The double booking fell through, and they charged us triple the proper utility amount.
