The room was a good size, clean, nicely decorated, and very nice. The front desk staff were helpful and really nice. But the pool was broken, and the jacuzzi tubs looked a bit dirty and had to be filled by guests. I was excited to try the restaurant, but it never opened during our three days there. One thing to know: this location is very new, and several locals, including our taxi driver, didn’t know where it was. Grab a business card when you arrive.

My room was clean and nice, but the place didn’t look like the photos, and it wasn’t worth the price. The poolside plants were all dead, the outdoor bar was under tarps, and Building B felt abandoned, with few guests, dark hallways, and construction.

The room was decent and clean, and the area near Maya shopping centre is pretty convenient. There’s cheap, good food outside the hotel, and it was very quiet, maybe too quiet. There’s no room service and no phone in the room to call reception. Breakfast costs 200 baht, so I’d rather eat at the store in front. The nearest 7-Eleven is about 300-400 meters to the left, so get toiletries before heading over. Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, and shampoo. Rooms only have cups, so ask for foam bowls or plates if you’re bringing food back. Check the water heater before taking a warm shower. Turn it on for 10 seconds and see if the light switches off by itself. GRAB is the only transport option, so check for promo codes. The main reception door is a pain. The big wooden doors are always closed, and it’s not even clear where reception is. You have to press and hold the button for the door to open slowly. Don’t expect much help with luggage. Security might help you take it to your room, but at checkout you’re on your own. The pool has apparently been closed for days, despite a sign saying it would be closed for one day for maintenance. If you’re planning on a swim after seeing the picture, think twice. Call to check whether the maintenance is actually finished.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with more than everything a traveler needs. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the friendly staff are helpful and know the area well.
