The suites are excellent, the staff very attentive and accommodating, and breakfast was excellent too. There are two nice pools, including a heated one, though the rooms have no view. It's about 15 minutes from the airport, with a pleasant area for walking to restaurants. The downside is being right under the flight path, which gets annoying when you're relaxing by the pool and when you're trying to sleep.

The kind staff made this stay memorable. After I came back from a tourist site, I realized I had no cash to pay the bike driver. The lovely woman at reception offered help right away and paid the fare with her own money so I wouldn't be stuck. It wasn't much, but it was such a thoughtful gesture, and the staff's care felt very genuine. The service was amazing from beginning to end. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Over my four nights, I liked that the breakfast choices changed each day and offered a good variety. The hotel is especially well located, and its straightforward layout makes everything easy to use. The facilities are grouped together, so there's no separate indoor map, and none is needed.

The room is spacious and has a living room, so it works well for a family. It's safe and the breakfast has lots of choices. A washing machine is included in some rooms; if yours doesn't have one, they'll do four pieces of laundry a day for free. It's very convenient, close to a spa, McDonald's, Subway, KFC, and 7/11.

Loved our stay and would definitely come back. We got a free upgrade to an amazing apartment, and the staff couldn't do enough to help. Everything was kept clean and tidy. The pool was lovely, and the gym looked great, though we didn't get to use it. Breakfast had a really wide selection of great food. The location is cracking, just off the main street but an easy walk to restaurants and bars. We love Chiang Mai.
