It seems to be family-run, which felt nice compared with the larger, westernized hotels nearby. The staff were friendly and did lots of little things to make our stay enjoyable, like providing coffee and toast for breakfast and offering laundry service. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean and had everything we needed. The shower head is placed beside the toilet, which might be a pain point. We didn’t mind, and for a reasonable price it was great accommodation. I recommend staying here.

I booked the single-person room, and it had everything I needed: it was clean, with my own shower and toilet, plus a small fridge. The owner was very friendly and even provided a little breakfast. The location was great, and this was the best stay I, D, had in Chiang Mai, even compared with hotels where I’d stayed that had pools. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Chiang Mai.

The staff were great and the location was good, but I found mold behind the beds in the four-person room on the ground level when I was looking for something I’d lost. Without the mold it would’ve been decent, but a serious health risk isn’t something to tolerate.

I came in without a reservation, so maybe that’s why I found it expensive. Still, I’d recommend it. It was quiet and clean, with hot water and A/C, plus toast and coffee. The staff were very friendly!

We ended up staying two extra days because the place is so close to all the main spots in Chiang Mai’s old city. The staff were very polite and helpful, and sorted out all the problems we had.
