I spent a month here and had a great stay. There’s a shared kitchen downstairs, plus laundry and cleaning services. On arrival, I found a basket of essentials waiting for me, which was a lovely surprise. Everyone was kind and the location is perfect. The Wi-Fi in my room worked properly only in one corner, but that wasn't a big deal.

The owner was so kind and helped make the stay lovely. My room was cozy and spacious, and the street was quiet, near a temple and a 7/11. There are several weekend markets nearby too. Thank you!

I've stayed here on a couple of visits, nearly three months in total, and every time has been a 10/10 for me. The shared kitchen downstairs is somehow always clean, which is rare. Mr. Vid is kind and welcoming, too. The rooms feel cozy and homelike, with lots of storage. I especially loved the bay-window rooms, looking out over a huge canopy of trees and the ornamental temple roofs across the street.

For the price, this has been my best stay in Thailand by far. I had a quiet, comfortable room at the back and slept well. The AC was great, and the shower and grooming setup were adequate. The owner was professional and flexible, and the staff handled my laundry well. They even changed my towels and sheets right away outside normal hours. I'd recommend it as a budget stay. The bed was firm, though not as hard as some Asian beds. Water pressure could be better but was fine. Towels can be changed daily if you ask. No asking, no guarantee, that's life.
