The reception staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help with whatever we needed. We had a lovely four-night stay at Chiang Mai Kiri Hotel, and would happily recommend it. The Old Town location made it easy to walk to temples, cafés, and attractions. Some livelier parts of Chiang Mai are farther away, so we took taxis occasionally, but getting around was convenient. We also enjoyed the pool for cooling off. Most of the sunbeds are shaded, and there are only around six, so finding one can be difficult when it’s hot and busy. If spending all day in the sun by the pool is your main plan, this might not be the best fit. Breakfast costs an additional 250 Thai baht per person, since it isn’t included. You order from a menu and can choose as many dishes as you like. There’s a great variety, and we thought the quality and amount made it excellent value, not expensive at all.

The staff’s genuine kindness and cheerfulness stood out most during my last four nights in Chiang Mai at Kiri. Siri and Lipton at the front desk made a real impression. They greeted me with bright smiles whenever I came or went, and handled a small issue, loud music from the next room late at night, professionally. I didn’t swim, but the pool was clean and well maintained, and just sitting beside it felt refreshing. From my sunbed I could see the housekeeping staff carefully cleaning even the window frames. The bathroom layout wasn’t my favorite, but the location made up for it, and I was very satisfied overall. The breakfast area has a great view, and the food was tasty.

We spent three nights at the KIRI hotel and had a lovely stay. The room was modern and very clean, though there wasn’t much storage, so we lived out of our suitcases. It’s a great location, a short distance from the night market and popular restaurants and bars. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean and updated, and the room came well stocked with extra tea and coffee. The location was great, and this morning’s breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d have no hesitation recommending this place.

We could walk everywhere we needed to go, and the place is especially close to the Sunday night market, restaurants, cafés, and bars. The location was 10/10. Everything was so clean and modern, the room was great, and the staff were lovely. I really loved this place. Don’t hesitate to book it.
