M Plus 2 Apartments

I booked through Airbnb and stayed for two nights. There was a nice bedroom, balcony, clean bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a kitchen corner and fridge. But the kitchen had no cooker or dishes, so it's not suited to a longer stay. The big swimming pool was clean, which was a plus. There aren't restaurants nearby, though the resort is close to the airport.

This place deserves a better rating. The pool was the best of the nearby inns, and it was cleaner and more spacious. The services and facilities were much better all around too. I can't work out why the rating is so low. Is the competition manipulating things?

I've never seen a worse guesthouse. Don't stop here. Half the hotel's windows face a car wash, so from morning until late evening there's noise, and the old windows do little to block it. I wasn't given the room shown in the photo either. Mine was older, with poor furniture and broken blinds. The linen was awful: stained towels and sheets, a torn pillow, and a mattress broken on the right side and hard as a board. There were hardly any lamps; even the big room had just one small ceiling light. The owner advertises a kitchen, but there isn't one, just two cups and a fridge. The bathroom had mold on the walls, no toilet paper, and a broken shampoo dispenser. The shampoo smelled bad and had a terrible color, so maybe it was just as well the dispenser was broken. The location isn't great, cafes and shops are far, and the songteo is even farther away, leaving only a taxi. The internet often stopped working, and other people had complained about it before. The owner did nothing to improve it. The pool looks beautiful in the photo, but nobody swims in it because the water is cold. There's nowhere suitable to sit after swimming, just chairs. The gym has three old, cheap machines, and I never saw anyone there. The owner hasn't even fixed the stony path next to the house, where you could break your legs walking at night. I expect the owner will reply below, but don't believe him. He doesn't care for the guests. I have photos and will post them on other sites so people don't have to suffer the way my wife and I did on vacation.

The pool was pleasant, but I felt the place was expensive for what it offered. The room didn't have a proper kitchen, just a sink and fridge.
