The hotel feels beautifully decorated, with natural touches throughout. The owners have a real eye for detail, from the distinctive mugs and cabinets to the soft lounge music in reception. The rooms are huge, modern, well laid out, and incredibly clean. It's also around 10 minutes from the main action, with restaurants, good cafes, laundry, a supermarket, and a 7-11 close by. For cat lovers, it's practically free therapy. I heard they have about 20 cats!

There are lots of cats at the entrance, all super cute and friendly, though anyone with allergies should probably avoid it. The rooms are spacious, clean, and organized, and it's quiet with a good shower. This was the best affordable hotel we've stayed at in chiang mai. Definitely recommend it.

The room was so peaceful, with a big bed, clean bathroom, patio with a fountain, and blackout curtains. I stayed for a week and loved it. A couple of muay thai gyms and the old city were both about a 20-minute walk away. There's also a nice grocery store and a few restaurants right nearby, so getting food or other essentials was easy.

We walked from the airport in about 20 minutes. The route was safe but not scenic, mostly along a main road. The guesthouse is beautiful and very good value. Our room was bigger, cleaner, and more modern than expected. The main drawback was the lack of natural light, since the large windows face a corridor without daylight. It's ideal if you don't plan to spend much time in the room. They also offer free snacks, a nice touch. I'd recommend it.

The room was clean and had all the usual facilities. It's very close to the airport, so it's a good choice if you have an early flight the next day. The boss and staff were warm and welcoming, and they provided free Thai cup noodles and snacks too!
