Maladee Rendezvous Hotel Chiang Mai

The food and drinks at the hotel were premium quality, and the location made getting around easy. Whenever we needed a ride, a Grab taxi was available within three minutes. The whole property was spotless, and the staff were incredibly attentive, even bringing complimentary refreshments around the pool when we hadn’t ordered anything. We had a phenomenal stay at Maladee Hotel in Chiang Mai. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every detail exceeded our expectations. My only small suggestion is to add one or two breakfast specials each day, since the menu can get a bit repetitive during a week-long stay. Everything else was flawless. We’ve already recommended the hotel and will choose it again on our next trip.

The rooms were in great condition, with comfortable beds and thoughtful touches everywhere. Every member of staff, from the front desk and restaurant to the room attendants, was lovely and helpful. It’s a small hotel, which was a nice change from larger places, and it’s been our best stay in Thailand so far, including the five-star hotels in Bangkok. I’d only suggest a small improvement to breakfast, and even that feels picky. Thank you!

The only thing I missed was a place to sit and smoke while having food and drinks. Sitting beside the cars outside to smoke a cigar doesn’t feel fancy. Maybe one day they’ll have an area for that, so people can enjoy the moment without going to another hotel. Otherwise, it’s a lovely small hotel. The pool access suite was very nice, the food and drinks were good, and breakfast had both a buffet and menu. The hotel was very clean, and service and friendliness were exceptional. Thank you to the whole Maladee staff.

Breakfast each morning and the afternoon tea were lovely touches, and I really enjoyed the Thai snacks in the room. The pool, room, and grounds were all beautiful, and the whole stay felt truly luxurious. From check-in to check-out, the staff were thoughtful in every interaction. They showed me the amenities and quickly took me to my room. The hotel is conveniently located in Old Town, with easy access to markets and places serving authentic northern Thai food. I’ll definitely come back to Chiang Mai and stay here again!
