The woman at the tour booking desk was friendly and knew the options for getting from Chiang Mai back to bangkok. My girlfriend and I couldn’t find anyone else in the area who could book the train or a bus company beyond the standard option offered everywhere. She called the rail company to check that they had seats on the train, then picked up our tickets from the station within an hour. That saved us a lot of possible wasted time going back and forth to the station. We were so glad we met her. They seem to have their clients’ best interests in mind, and we absolutely recommend them. Thanks for the help!

The woman on staff was friendly, and towels were provided. It seems they do the cleaning, though there was no free coffee or anything. The shower had good pressure and temperature, and the drain wasn’t blocked, which felt great. I stayed in a dorm, and perhaps because it was the off-season, I had it to myself. The room had air conditioning, but they wouldn’t switch it on, so I climbed the bunk ladder and turned it on myself. Nobody noticed, so it was fine.
