The location is handy for a quick visit, there's a nice little parking area for guests, and the girl at the reception desk was super friendly and sweet. A few things need attention. The shower head holder should be replaced or fixed. The fridge made a sound like a giant rat was trapped inside while it ran all night. I also wish the floors were properly mopped between guests instead of just swept or dusted. Mine were filthy, so I had to clean them myself with baby wipes and alcohol spray.

The road in front gets busy with mall traffic, especially in the evening, so crossing on foot can be difficult. The TV only has local Thai channels, and I would have liked more choice. Still, the place was surprisingly quiet, the staff were friendly, and for this area it's not a bad option. It's a basic hotel at a decent price for the location, with everything included: cool AC, a comfortable bed, safe, balcony, blackout curtain, fridge, instant coffee, electric kettle, and a couple of bottles of water. You can walk to Cen Fest and Green Park.

Central Festival is only a five-minute walk away, and the room was clean with a refrigerator, hair dryer, kettle, and coffee.

Central Festival, Chiang Mai's biggest mall, is just steps away, and Arcadia bus terminal is nearby too. The problem is that every week or two, a festival space sets up directly opposite the window, with very loud music and activity that can continue until midnight.
