The room is big, with a nice balcony, and the location is great. The staff are always nice and smiling. Laundry at 50 baht per km is convenient. The room itself is very basic, with a good, hard bed. There’s nowhere to hang a towel or small laundry to dry, no place for toilet paper where it’ll stay dry between the shower and sink, and no shelf or hook for a small toiletries bag. A few small improvements would make a difference.

The food tastes good, especially the traditional Myanmar Tai Yai dishes. I don’t know about the rooms or the location.

We loved the place, even without an elevator. The room was huge, with balconies at the front and back, plus a kettle, fridge, TV, comfortable bed and a decent desk for working. The wooden furniture was beautiful. The owners were available, cleaning could be done whenever you needed, and laundry was available at a good price. Shops and restaurants are very close, and you can walk everywhere.

I could take in the whole view from the top floor, and there’s plenty of parking downstairs. The owner is really sweet, and the food was delicious. The location is very good, bikes are available to rent, and the rooms are inexpensive.
