This could be a nice place to stay, but it really depends on the room and its owner. It might be a lovely home or a nightmare. The management team also plays a big part in whether your stay turns out happy or miserable.

Natara looks appealing, but mold is a serious problem. In A room, the bedding, sofas, and cushions were damp and smelled strongly of mold. After sleeping in the bed for one night, I broke out in a red rash all over. Three days later, the owner agreed to move me to another of his rooms, but the same thing happened because of poor maintenance. I asked to move out and lost one month’s rent. The owner refused to return my two months’ deposit, even though he had failed to do my TM 30, fix the water leak, provide a functional room, or give me a clean one. What a life! Unbelievable!

I’ve lived here for over two years, and NaTaRa is a condo building, not a rental company. Most of the reviews here look fake to me. There’s no Katerin or Carlos working for NaTaRa. If you need to rent, go through an agency like Perfect Homes. It’s a small development with just three staff, Bee, Gee, and Chai, and they’re excellent.

The surroundings are beautiful, but the unit has a lot of issues. The plumbing throughout is broken, with toilets blocked for weeks and bathrooms flooding. The washing machine is unusable because of the bathroom floods.
