Nine Hotel Chiangmai

We loved our four nights here. The room was small, but it worked for us, and the freshly cooked breakfasts each day were great. The location was fantastic, with cafes and restaurants right nearby and easy walking access around town. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. We took our wine up to the rooftop in the afternoons. A big shout-out to Kareon, who managed things in the late afternoon and evening. She was a delight, helped arrange everything smoothly, and recommended tours, nail places, and massage spots. I’d highly recommend the hotel and would definitely come back to Chiang Mai.

Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented, and everything was clean and well cared for. The place feels inviting and comfortable, with a lot of thought put into it. The staff were warm and friendly, especially Jay at reception, who was exceptionally helpful during my stay.

I’m very late writing this, but this hotel deserves people knowing how good it is. Rada, Jay, June, and Keano (I hope I haven’t left anyone out) made our stay. They were lovely, genuine, friendly, and helpful, and went the extra mile for us. We had two rooms on two floors. The larger one was luxurious, clean, and spacious. The “smallest” room would suit 99% of couples travelling, with enough space for two, a big TV, and internet access like YouTube. Everything was super clean. The hotel is right in the middle of Old Town, so getting around was easy. Fantastic place. Hope you’re all well and had a nice time at your Christmas party! -Tiago

The location surprised us, tucked down a side street off another side street, but that’s Chiang Mai, quaint and individual in its own way. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very personable, and it was a pleasure having them around. We wish we’d stayed longer. If we come back to Chiang Mai, we’d definitely stay here again. Everything about the hotel was outstanding.
