We found Noble House 2 to be the worst hotel for us. The room was roomy and fairly clean, but the service wasn't good and it was noisy. The price didn't feel fair either: rent was 6,500 baht a month, with electricity at 10 baht per unit. Even though we hardly used power, the bill for the month came to an unbelievable 10,000-15,000 baht. Be careful before renting here if you don't want to lose money like we did.

I stayed for a month and liked the place. The apartment was very comfortable, though a little run down, and the Wi-Fi worked well. It was huge, almost big enough to turn into a small two-bedroom apartment. There's no kitchen, but I picked up a tiny oven for about $20 to heat food from the market, plus some glasses and plates that cost almost nothing. The area felt quite local, with several convenience stores and a wet market close by. Rent was only 6,000 baht monthly, but electricity was extra and very expensive. If you need air conditioning and spend a lot of time at home, that 250% electricity markup may make it less appealing.

The neighborhood is quiet, and the center is an eight minute walk away. It's also centrally placed by two supermarkets and the fresh food and vegetable market. The condos are clean, nicely priced, and set up for short stays, with everything provided.

Friendly staff and big rooms, with the center nearby. This was Noble house 2, and it felt more like a condo than a hotel. Street traffic made it a little noisy.
