The reception team were really friendly, and the rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and well equipped with a microwave, dishes and a balcony. They also have free water and can do laundry and ironing, which is handy when you're traveling. After my five-night stay, they even offered me a ride to the airport. WiFi was poor on the top floor. More seriously, customer information seems to have leaked: my email address and booking dates were exposed. Three days before the expected billing date, I got a spam message with the hotel's signature, telling me to enter my card details again or lose the booking. I lost €175, and my bank won't reimburse me. I reported it at reception, where someone investigated; apparently it came from the Google website. Be very careful with your personal data everywhere.

A handy spot beside the old town, with big, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Restaurants, massage shops, car and motorbike rentals, and a 7-11 are all close by. Free water and tea or coffee, cotton towels, a minifridge, and a desk and chair were included. A few things to know: road-facing rooms get noisy from motorcycle mufflers, the air conditioning blows toward the bed, and the TV can't play movies from a USB drive.

My first trip to Chiang Mai made me completely happy! On arrival, the staff member who checked me in was so helpful and had my room ready before check-in time. It was cozy and smelled lovely. Everyone was friendly and served me with a smile. On my last day I had breakfast at the restaurant, which was delicious, and the staff and chef gave me a warm welcome.

The rooms were very spacious and the nightly price was reasonable, but they were a little run-down. The location was convenient for the 7-11 and Old City sights. Service was mixed: one day a woman seemed grumpy, while a male staff member was friendly.

The rooms are large, and having parking on site was handy. Housekeeping staff were friendly, though the front office team less so. The shower had hot water, but its old instant heater could use replacing. The location is great, right at the corner of the old city wall. The night bazaar is a 10-minute walk away, with a good massage place, 7-Eleven and cheap local eats just a minute from the hotel.
