The old town location makes it easy to visit Chiang Mai's main sights on foot, and there isn't much traffic, which is good for sleeping. Inside, it's cozy and clean, with a European style and well-kept rooms. The staff are kind and have years of experience, going back to when the hotel opened. The property is expected to move up to a more advanced concept soon.

Bee, if I remember her name right, was managing the front desk and was really helpful. I had a very pleasant stay, and the amenities were good. For the price, the location is excellent, just a short walk from central Old Town. I'd definitely come back.

Spotlessly clean, and fantastic value! My middle room wasn't the biggest and could have used a little TLC, but this is a fabulous little hotel in the perfect location. Bea and her team are an added bonus.
