The room was spacious and comfortable, but being beside the elevator meant it got a bit noisy from around 6am. Some of the towels were frayed and could do with replacing. The hotel is well located, with very nice, well-maintained facilities and extremely friendly, helpful staff. We had a very good stay and would definitely recommend it. Despite those small issues, we’d give it a solid 4.5 out of 5 and would gladly return.

The rooms were pleasant and spacious, and everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was really good, and there were free snacks and drinks throughout the day, something we didn’t get at any of our other hotels in Thailand. It’s a pretty standard hotel, but the central location was convenient. We enjoyed our stay.

For us, the quiet street was ideal, even though it’s a little away from the central part of old town. Great value, with lovely staff and a nice ambiance. Perfect hotel for our needs.

That bed and pillow setup was one of the best I've slept on in Thailand. The mattress was soft but still supported me properly, and I slept so well I wished my wife had booked us another night. It was a pleasant surprise to find a hotel here with a bed that isn't like concrete.

The staff made me feel welcome right from check-in, and their warmth and professionalism stood out throughout the stay. My room was spotless, modern and comfortable, with little touches that made it feel homey. I also enjoyed the pool and the varied, tasty breakfast. The location made it easy to get out and explore, while evenings stayed peaceful. I'd gladly return and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area.
